Sign in on this device
Use a preset Admin, Billing, or Accountant account. Data is seeded into IndexedDB the first time you open OrbitBills.
Stock your catalog
In Admin, add products (with optional variants, barcodes, tax slabs, and photos), clients, suppliers, and set your invoice branding.
Sell from Billing
Build a cart, choose client and payment status, then Create or Pay & Print. Hold carts, split bills, or save a quotation when needed.
Track, report, backup
Review recent invoices, client statements, day-close and margin reports. Export a local backup whenever you want a safety copy.
Frequently asked questions
Where is my data stored?
On this device only, in the browser’s IndexedDB (database name techserenia_pos). Clearing site data removes it — use Backup in Admin when you need a copy.
How do I sign in the first time?
Use the preset accounts on the sign-in page (admin@, billing@, or accountant@ techserenia.com) with the shared default password shown there.
Can I customize invoices with my own logo?
Yes. In Admin → Branding & design, upload a logo, set brand colors and footer text, and pick or design an invoice layout.
Does it work without the internet?
Yes for day-to-day billing after the page is loaded. Fonts and optional CDN scripts need a network the first time; business data does not leave the device.
Can I sell items by weight or volume?
Yes. Products with units such as kg, g, litre, or ml open a weight entry step before they are added to the cart. Variants are supported the same way.
Who can access Billing vs Admin?
Admin and Billing roles can open the Billing counter. Admin gets the full dashboard (catalog, reports, users, backup). Accountant has its own dashboard route.
